Under his leadership, Shoof continues to grow as a trusted name in animal care around the world.

His background spans both public and private sectors — including senior roles at Inland Revenue and DEC International — where he developed strong expertise in compliance, governance and fiscal leadership.

Rachel is also a key driver of Shoof’s masterbrand programme and ESG strategy.

With over 15 years’ experience at global companies like SAMSUNG, Mattel, and Mondelez, Wade combines strategic vision with strong execution — ensuring our team delivers practical value and dependable service to rural and veterinary professionals across Australia.

Stuart drives Shoof’s export growth across Europe, the UK and beyond. With 16 years’ experience in strategic planning and OEM partnership management, including time at IDEXX and Itoh Denki’s European HQ, Stuart brings a strong commercial lens to building lasting customer relationships and opening new global opportunities for Shoof’s product portfolio.
